I was really starting to have trouble in my mind as to what I wanted to put into blog-form.

I didn’t want a “Final Post” in my Boredom on a Stick blog, but I certainly wanted one on here.

Looking back, I feel that this year was the most successful year I have had so far in my very short life. Although 18 years seems like practically nothing in the great span of time, it certainly feels like something to me.

I mean I have graduated from High School, been accepted to the college of my choice, and have spent an entire semester in the college of my choice. I have looked at going to Study Abroad in Cambridge, England and registering for next semester’s classes all by myself.

When you throw in a successful blog (Boredom on a Stick) you have yourself a beautiful scene from a movie.

What am I going to do next year?

Well, I have a few goals, but they are mostly long-term.

1. I plan to create an even more successful blog with Boredom on a Stick.

2. I hope to get a job for next summer.

3. I hope to get better grades than this past semester for the next semester.

4. I plan to be able to play DDR (Dance, Dance Revolution) on Standard.

Unfortunately, I’m sorry that this entry is not going to be filled with wonderful pleasures in life, saying that I plan on being a better person and whatnot, but yeah.

I enjoy reading what other people’s New Years Resolutions are, so keep on posting!! :-)

Wow! I keep on forgetting to tell you, but I was nominated for the funniest blog at the Best of the Blog Awards 2004 for my Boredom on a Stick blog! :-)

I am so happy, and now, on to what happened!

Last night I spent the night at my friend, Tracy’s house. it was all in good fun. We watched movies and ate cookies and candy and cakes; I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much junk food! :-)

It was VERY good though; I’m just a little tired from not sleeping very well on a recliner last night. When I woke up I told Tracy I was like “Tracy, this chair is the WORST chair to sit in! Sheesh!” She said “I tried to tell you, but you wouldn’t listen!”

Well, that’s PARTLY true, I guess.

Anyways, about the Best of Blog Awards; I can’t believe I was nominated! Hopefully today they will be announcing the top 10 and then the voting will start on January 1st (a few days!) Unfortunately they haven’t announced the finalists for the “Most Humorous Blog” yettt…BUT! Hopefully they will do that today! :-)

On another note: This whole Tsunami thing is CRAZY! One of my teachers is actually from Sri Lanka (Just south of India) and wow! 22,500 people ALONE on that TINNNYYY island have perished in the waves. Apparently there was a series of Earthquakes under the ocean that rippled out and created huge waves! :-(

I can only imagine what she must be feeling.
