Not a Lot of Blog

Well, lately I have been REALLY busy with school and otherwise, I’ve even received a comment over at Boredom on a Stick asking why I haven’t commented on her blog lately. Awwwww…

Either way the other day I guess one can say I had a mini-breakdown.

I had just got done taking a quiz in my ITK 168 class and I knew I had failed. I felt like crying. I just wanted to get out of that class and cry and cry; but there was no where to go. I started to second-guess myself, asking myself if this was really what I wanted to do for the rest of my life…should I put myself through this if I didn’t want to be a Computer Programmer??

Wait.

What was I saying??

This was the PERFECT Major for me!

Jillian + Computers = Happiness.
There could be no better choice for me.

So why was I second-guessing?

I’ll never know really, but that day was just going downhill since I started classes at 9AM. I told myself eventually I could do it no matter what, and I got my quiz back today and I saw that I didn’t fail; I origionally had a nine (9) out of fifteen (15), and then she said that most of us failed so she lowered the quiz to be out of 12 instead of 15…

So I got a 75% instead of a negative percentage ha ha. ;-)

On to today:

My parents came up and brought up some stuff I needed for this week (like extra razors for my shavor ha ha) and we went to the basketball game.

There was a big long talk before this whole charade about Vince coming with us to dinner, but he had work until 8PM and was unable to go, but he would call me if he got out early. So we went to the game, and then left about 10 minutes early and was on the way to Red Lobster when Vince called and asked if I had received his message. I looked at my phone and lo-and-behold there’s a new voice mail message on there. I told him that I had got it but I haven’t heard it yet. He said that he had been released from work early! Yay!

So, we dropped my mother off who went inside Red Lobster and came out and told us it would be an hour-wait, and then my dad, Justin and I all went back to ISU to pick up Vince. He was so happy and grateful awww…it was very nice. :-)

So finally my parents met him, and they seemed to like him very much. I didn’t really know until I got back from being out with Vince tonight (just now ha ha).

I came back, checked my E-Mail only to find my mother wrote me a very short message telling me that my family (brother, dad and her) all really enjoyed Vince’s company and she can see why I like him so much.

(All together now!) Awwwwwwwwwww.

And finally - tomorrow is Sunday sheesh! I have about 1 million things on my “To Do” list, and that includes making camp at the local library all day tomorrow.

No I’m not joking. ;-)

Hope everyone’s weekend went well!!
