Woo - Spring Break has officially STARTED! :-)

On Friday, the instructor for my Technical Writing class handed back our previous projects (Project 2) so that we can turn in the new Project (Project 3) that was due (in the same folder, you get the idea…)

Anyways he hands me my folder and says “Good Job”.

Good job?!

Good job could mean:

1. I did really good on the paper (unlikely)
2. He meant “Nice try, do-better-on-the-final-draft good job” (most likely)

I tear open my folder and I received…

…an A for the Advisory Grade?

Woah.

Later that night Lauren calls me to tell me that the grades were posted for our MQM 220 test (I took the test on Wednesday). I get back to the apartment and quickly check online for what I received.

An 80% - a B! I passed! I received an 84% (still a B) on the first exam, and my average for the class so far is an 81.65% (a B…)

What a great way to start off the Spring Break!

Life is good.

Okay so this is yet another procrastination attempt.

My walls in my room are completely blank, so to spruce them up I decided to be creative and create my own collage of movie stars, singers, whomever else I think is hot and put it up on my blank wall. All the pictures are torn from the “Entertainment Weekly” magazines that my mother receives at the house.

When I went home this past weekend I picked up a bunch of them and brought them back here.

Now if only I could channel that creativity into something more useful. Say, oh, my eight-page paper on how to set up a “Secure Home Wireless Network” due on Friday?
